Iron Core! Just as it sounds, this is our core based session. I know.. Ab workouts are generally the last thing to hit on anyone's list. So let me break it down for you before you shrug this one off!
To start, your core isn't just your "Abs". It also includes your Obliques, Erectors (Those muscles that run up next to your spine), Muscular slings that "criss cross" so to speak. Over the back and front of your mid section & much more deeper muscles. It's a complex piece of work, which is why it's SO important!
A strong core is necessary for practically everything.. you'll use it to brace, move, create power and torque and keep your back nice and safe.
